María Cruz Minguillón from IDAEA has been selected to Science in Parliament

María Cruz Minguillón Bengochea, Ramón y Cajal Researcher at the Environmental Geochemistry and Atmospheric Research of the Geosciences Department of IDAEA, has been selected as a Scientific Advice Technician in the Science in Parliament Project.

The Science in Parliament Project is an independent citizen initiative that aims to make science and scientific knowledge more and more important in the formulation of political proposals.

#CienciaenelParlamento  promote a political culture close to science and promote a scientific activity focused on needs of society. To achieve this goal, it is important that policy makers and science, technology and innovation sectors in Spain maintain regular contacts that ease the use of science effectively to make informed political decisions.
