The CSIC Libraries and Archives Network has recently participated in the 17th Open Access Conference in Berlin.

The declaration is already published, as well as some of the presentations that were made, in addition to the posters.

The declaration highlights the importance of research staff regaining control over their publications, the need to facilitate the computational use of content (AI and text and data mining [TDM]), the demand for greater transparency on the part of publishers and the duty to find a fair and sustainable model for funding the publishing ecosystem.
